<p dir="ltr">It sound definetly awkward that practice has nothing to do or even unrelated to policy. This is not really specific to Internet issue. As a matter of principle Practice nurture Policy and vice-versa. For your convenience a very simple and straigthforward definition of Policy is "what we decide to do or not to do".</p>
<p dir="ltr">And it is not polite at all to say on this kind of list that "people enjoy traveling on others funds". This is pure allegation without any evidence. If we want to discuss this specific issue on funding and traveling, we better start a specific thread on that without melting it with AFRINIC and IG related event.</p>
