<p dir="ltr">My point is we should keep in mind that people on this list are not necessairly on the same level of understanding of the operation of Internet organisations either in Africa or elsewhere. One thing is to say this Org is in charge of Practices (say AfriNIC) and this other one (AfIGF or whatever) is taking care of Policies for efficiency purpose and that those two kind of organisations feedback each others and so on...</p>
<p dir="ltr">But you were 'melting' at the same time AfriNIC funding, staffing and travelling policies with IG. And you even end up suggesting that practice has nothing to do/is unrelated with policy. That was my point.</p>
