The problem isn't the free domains per se - domains can be given
away in a responsible manner...<br>
<br>
The problem is that .ng has been chopping and changing policies on
whims, thereby creating<br>
a climate of instability. If there's one thing domain registrants do
not like, it's shifting<br>
sands.<br>
<br>
And of course the obvious: the last thing you need to set up an
internet presence, is a domain name.....<br>
