At first I thought it was a little late for the site, then again I think sites are majorly for information dissemination with the hope of getting participants.<br>
However this has have been done on the lists and the event seem to have gotten the required participants. </p>

Timing is something that just can not work with everybody, the only thing I think should have been more clarified for a public meeting as this, is the procedure used in selecting those who got support to attend the event. It was not enough to say some will be supported without stating how to get supported. </p>
