DigitalSENSE Africa Forum on Internet Governance for Development (IG4D) 2013</b>
had in the past five years been an avenue for stimulating stakeholders’ opinion
and enlightenment, thus offering the needed platform to articulate a stand on
Internet Governance as well as aligning Nigeria’s position into the global
Internet Governance Forum.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Participants are drawn from Campuses, Community Base
Organisations (CBO), Ministries, Departments and Agencies, Houses of
Representatives and Senate, GSM Operators, Banks, Internet Service Providers
(ISPs); to explore and discuss salient issues concerning the Information and
Communications Technologies (ICT) sector based on selected theme of the year.</span></p>
