<p>The African country I come from uses SCADA to monitor its high voltage powerlines (where fibre also passes). Considering how they responded to mere website attacks, my point in the previous email is: how can I expect them to do better with the SCADA system if it came under a sophisticated attack, if they couldn't patch a CMS or implement secure webserver configurations.</p>
