        Dear Colleagues - the 2013 NomCom that met in Toronto resolved to issue a period report card in an effort to interact with and inform the community better, particularly on process issues. I have attached the report card and timetable. There are open ICANN leadership positions for 2013 as follows:</div>

        Three members of the Board of Directors – 3 year terms</div>

        At least 1 must be from <strong>Africa</strong> Region<br />
        <br />
        Three members of the At Large Advisory Committee<br />
        (ALAC), one each from the <strong>African</strong>,<br />
        Asian/Australasian/Pacific Islands, and Latin<br />
        American/Caribbean regions – 2 year terms<br />
        <br />
        Two voting members of the Council of the Generic Names<br />
        Supporting Organization (GNSO) – 2 year term<br />
        <br />
        One member of the Council of the Country-Code Names<br />
        Supporting Organization (ccNSO) – 3 year term</div>
