It seems that very path towards development in Africa is full of potholes or thorns (for those on bare feet)<br>
Why can't We get things right from the start? <br>
It is obvious to me that we need to look outside the window to see where the ship is heading and agree which way to avoid rocks which would sink the Ship.<br>
