events<br>held in different African countries in collaboration with AfNOG and AfriNIC.<br>AfricaCERT III Day follows two days of extensive training in<br>collaboration with JPCERT and AAF:<br><br>24 November 2012 - CSIRT training for managers and policy makers:<br>creating and managing a CSIRT;<br><br>25 November 2012 - CSIRT training for technical staff: advanced network<br>monitoring<br><br>AfricaCERT III’s theme is “Enhanced Collaboration”. Speakers, are<br>invited to present papers around the theme and related to:<br><br>- The draft African convention on cyber security<br>- Proposals on areas and ways of collaboration<br>- The situation in their country<br>- Incident response<br>- Technical challenges<br>- Tools and solutions<br><br>Presentation Guidelines<br><br>Each speaker will have 30 minute session including Q&A<br><br>The Deadline for submission is September 30.
