Pierre,<br><br>This is really sad, I will agree with Badrus point of view nonetheless i don't understand why DCA is obsessed with mud slinging and peddling falsehoods? having attended a couple of events in Nairobi alongside a number of DCA project staff i have always endeavored to engage in constructive debate and sought clarification from them whenever they write inacurate reports or press releases about meeting proceedings, my good friend Gideon Rop and colleagues please correct me on this list , it appears your motive is to portray negatively any initiative by people and organizations with a contrary opinion.
