That document can be found below.<br>
<p style="line-height:1.5em;margin-right:20px">Further, the ITU Council decided that a publically accessible webpage should be established on the ITU WCIT-12 website where <strong>all stakeholders can express their views and opinions</strong> <strong>on the content of that document or any other matter related to WCIT</strong>. <br>
