assist workshop organizers to reach a balance among their workshop
panellists. Additionally it helps workshop organizers adhere to the
multi-stakeholder principle, including geographical and gender
diversity. The resource persons can also be invited to join a workshop
in the instance that a panellist withdraws from the panel.</p>
