The theme of AfPIF-2 aims to foster robust discussions on
regional and<br>
cross-border interconnection approaches, economics for the
region. The<br>
theme builds on the success and experiences gained during the
inaugural<br>
event having realized over 80% growth in East Africa's regional<br>
interconnection in the last 12 months.<br>

A host of expert guest panelists include Packet Clearing House
(PCH) on<br>
their recent Peering Survey, Amsterdam Internet Exchange Point
(AMS-IX)<br>
and <span class="SpellE">AfriNIC</span> will participate at the
event. They will lead panel<br>
discussions on “Building the African Cloud is there a value<br>
proposition?” and “Africa’s Content Peering Strategy: - How can
Africa<br>
leverage its large eyeball network to attract content peering
into the<br>
region”<br>

Participants will also have a unique opportunity to learn from
Bill<br>
Norton also known as Dr. Peering on the Art of Peering and
peering<br>
economics by playing the Peering Game. There will be a special
