The AfTLD Advanced Registry Operation course began yesterday at the Agence<br>
des Technologies d’Information et de la Communication (AGETIC)in<br>
Bamako,Mali. The opening ceremony was performed by the Secretaray General<br>
(Chief Director) of the Ministry of Communication. Over 30 participants<br>
from 19 registries across Africa are attending the workshop in two tracks<br>
(French and English). Instructors of the course are from ICANN, ISOC and<br>
NSRC, the partners and creators of the *ROC series. You may find pictures<br>
