I do hope that all who can make it will be there on national delegations to help carry the waters of ICTs on the continent via the Oliver Tambo declaration.<br><br><br>Pour information et action: J'espere qu'Esam pourra nous donner des informations pendant le sommet. Ou alors, si nous pouvions avoir autant d'experts que possible sur les delegations nationales, pour pousser les recommendations qui sont sorties de la reunion de Johannesbourg, intitule Declaration Oliver Tambo.
