Mais il y a aussi des procédures auprès des organes IANA/ICANN/AfTLD/AfriNIC (pour ne citer que ceux-ci) qu' il faut bien respecter comme vient de te le dire Anne-Rachel INNE (en fait elle est un très très bon point focal dans ce réseau), et je suppose que </FONT><FONT size=3>Lamoussa te le répétera! Je crois aussi au-delà tes compétences, qu' il te faut bien comprendre l' orientation politique de ton pays par rapport aux TIC (les fameuses lois)... le reste finalement sera une question de moyen financiers (sponsoring quoi!!!).
