En dernier ressort, c'est l' <A href="http://www.domainesinfo.fr/definition/21/icann-internet-corporation-for-assigned-names-and-numbers.php" target=_blank rel=nofollow>ICANN</A> qui décidera si un domaine de premier niveau (<A href="http://www.domainesinfo.fr/definition/18/gtld-generic-top-level-domain.php" target=_blank rel=nofollow>gTLD</A>) propre au continent africain doit être créé, et qui doit le
