As the former CEO of Cable & Wireless Communications he built and managed the mobile networks in 54 countries and most recently was the CEO of Lend Lease in Australia, a multi-million dollar real estate management company. Prior to Lend Lease, Mr. Clarke was the CEO of ICO a Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) satellite based mobile phone provider.</span>
