organize  Two days workshop and one day Ministerial Round Table on

January summit theme on “Information and Communications Technologies in
Africa: Challenges and Prospects for Development”, pursuant to the
Assembly of the Heads of State and governments decision (Assembly/AU/Dec.
232(XII)) at its Ordinary Session held in Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia in January 2009.
