Etant pris dans une etude sur l'implementation des TIC dans l'economie de la RD Congo, je n'ai pas pu degager une disponibilite me permettant d'etre a Arusha avec les amis et collegues.<br>
je vous saurai tres reconnaissant en nous tenant informe des activites AfTLD a Arusha. Il serait aussi souhaitable que pour les prochaines rencontres , le Secretariat d'AfTLD facilite le deplacement de ceux-la qui ne peuvent pas mobiliser les fonds necessaires pour ces genres de formation. <br>
