<br>Senegal-based Registrar – <a href="http://Kheweul.com">Kheweul.com</a> SA from Dakar.<br><br>"We have accreditation agreements with more than 890 Registrars across the<br>world – and this is only the second in Africa," said Anne-Rachel Inné,
