This is a call to ccTLDs and other organizations within the African Region interested in hosting the 2024 forum to send their expression of interest to secretariat at dnsforum.africa copying secretariat at aftld.org not later than 25th April 2024. The following are the requirements for hosting the meeting: * SECTION 1 - VENUE LOGISTICS* 1 Provide a single point of contact who will work with the Africa Domain Name System Forum Organizing committee 2 Negotiate with appropriate hotels for affordable accommodation and conference facilities 3 Assist the Africa DNS Forum Organizing committee in Selecting and booking of the workshop venue 4 Organize for meals at the venue as per the DNS Forum Agenda schedule 5 Organize for translation services for the meeting days at the conference room for all participants 6 Source for an Internet connectivity supplier to supply at least 50Mbps dedicated connectivity via Wireless at the venue 7 Provide conference technical equipment (plugs, electricity, cables, etc) for all attendees (at least 100) 8 Organize for a DNS Forum sponsor's cocktail on the night pre-ceding the DNS Forum 9 Provide writing materials for the participants at the venue 10 Organize for a gala dinner social on the first night of the DNS Forum 11 Provide 3 banners (one large and two small) to be displayed at the entrance to the venue of the 2024 DNS Forum (small banner) and at the podium behind panelists (large banner).
