join the Draft team  to the call for topics for the Joint AFRALO-AfrICANN
statement for the ICANN76 Meeting.

Remmy Nweke suggested 3 others topics after the deadline of proposal  but
they are a good topic to be discuss but we hope that we will suggest them
during our next call of topic for ICANN 77
