Il vise à permettre une meilleure compréhension des documents afin de contribuer si possible aux commentaires publics<https://www.icann.org/public-comments/draft-opplan-budget-fy21-25-2019-12-20-en> qui prennent fin le  25 Février 2020.  Il y aura une interprétation simultanée en Français.
