Dear African NPOC / ALAC members,

We would like to invite you to participate on our ALAC NPOC joint meeting
that will be held on Kobe.
This is a joint outreach session between At-Large and NPOC aiming to
enhance collaboration with an aim to bridge the gap in PDP processes to
engage more participation in Policy Engagement and adoption. At-Large
represents the voices of the end users whereas NPOC represents the voices
of Non Profit Organisation of which either way they all get affected by the
various policies that are discussed and implemented by ICANN
