Objet : [IGFmaglist] Public Comments needed: Youth Engagement at the IGF 2018 and Possible Improvements
Dear colleagues,
following conversations with the Secretariat regarding what else might be done to advance Youth engagement at the IGF 2018, we are happy to announce that the secretariat and the community are actively working this. There has been significant input to-date and the secretariat has consolidated those submissions, and put them on a public platform for review and further comment.
The IGF community is kindly invited to provide further comments, particularly related to the feasibility of the proposed activities, and to potential entities that could help support the implementation of these.
The Document is at: https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/youth-engagement-at-the-igf-2018-and-ways-for-improvements <https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/youth-engagement-at-the-igf-2018-and-ways-for-improvements>
Deadline for comments is 6 July 2018, 23:59 p.m. UTC.
After this deadline, the IGF Secretariat will look at inputs received and produce a final outcome document with an implementable action plan.
Please forward through your networks.
Best regards,
Lynn St.Amour - Chair, United Nations Internet Governance Forum (IGF)Multistakeholder Advisory Group
Anja Gengo - National, Regional, Sub-regional and Youth IGF Initiatives (NRIs) Focal Point
