Good piece bringing food for thought. 

I pretty much agree with him (Paul) that we need to encourage more participants from our community (i mean here, the number folks) to attend icann meetings and be engaged there!

I woulk like to hear few other reasons from people who also think the numbering Community SHOULD attend ICANN meetings and have a voice there.
