There is a restriction to transmit in UHF Spectrum Band unless you get
permission from the regulator. I think this is the same almost to all
countries.

We have submitted our application for academic license and it is our
hope that it will go through. Apart from all other objectives, this
research will develop National Geo-location Database for White Space.

A number of publications will be published as way to share out our findings.
