Dear Listers,

The latest L-Root Instance has gone live and hosted by *Skyband Broadband*
(Blantyre Malawi)

This is the 2ND L-root Instance in Africa this 2016 coming after the one
hosted by iHub (Nairobi Kenya)t that went live in March 2016.
