[AfrICANN-discuss] DNSSEC implementation completed for ".sn" (Senegal)

AC and YT are also on FOREIGN iron.

What is standing in their way? As I have presented at ICANN meetings' 
DNSSEC and TechDays repeatedly, only laziness.
