SUMMARY

This week, cyberpolitics with US government reportedly warning from China pursuing new 
registration rules for domain names. Regarding ICANN, debate on IANA stewardship transition continues as republicans in Congress are again accused to block plan to hand off oversight of the internet domain name system. Otherwise, ICANN 57 meeting is relocated from San Juan (Costa Rica) to Hyderabad (India).
