SUMMARY

This week, Microsoft telling United Nations that technology companies can do
 more to combat digital terror;  some african new Top-level Domain (TLD) applicants reportedly 
receiving termination notices this week from ICANN "as a result of missing their 
deadlines to go live", and  one month has gone since the start of the parallel testing beteween ICANN and Verisign on Root Zone Management System. As for event, we notice ITU international telecom week in Chicago, ITU Global symbosium of regulators in Egypt and the World Economic Forum in Kigali on "Connecting Africa's Digital Transformation".
