Listers and African participants to ICANN 55 in Morroco,

This is an invitation to the African ministerial meeting which is being
held from 16-18.30 here in Marrakech, today (*March 6th, 2016)  in room
ATLAS at the main conference venue.*

The African Ministers will meet with ICANN leadership and discuss issues
surrounding African participation to ICANN. The meeting is a follow up to
the one held in Dakar in 2011 (ICANN 42), where African Ministers met and
issued a statement to the ICANN Board.

Bonjour a tous/Toutes,

Nous vous invitons a la reunion des Ministres Africains presents a ICANN
55, qui se tient aujourd'hui dans la salle ATLAS de 16 a 18:30.

Les Ministres rencontreront le leadership de l'ICANN. Les problemes
relevant de la participation des Africains a l'ICANN seront discutes. En
rappel, la meme reunion avait eu lieu lors de la tenue de ICANN 42 a Dakar.
Les Ministres Africains avaient alors emis une Declaration dite
'Declaration de Dakar', a l'endroit du Conseil d'administration de l'ICANN.
