[AfrICANN-discuss] Finally on .Africa

Actually, whilst this was entirely expected (see my prediction to 
Bloomberg two weeks ago, it was the ICANN Board that provoked it.

DCA had an extremely low hurdle in Court to get over in order to get 
this injunction, which is a temporary order of prohibition that will 
last no longer than one month.

What is interesting is that the Court allowed an order, essentially 
ordering ICANN to breach a contract, without allowing the other party to 
that contract to be heard on the effect on them ..

I know what I'd be doing if I were ZACR now . . .
