[AfrICANN-discuss] Only 7 days left to closing AfPIF-2016 Call for Papers

I wish to kindly enquire  if I can submit a paper under local content
production and distribution. Am currently  based in malindi Kenya from
where we've been unable to access internet for the last few days due to
various issues hence the delay.
