Bonjour Wilfried,
L'IGF national est le prototype national de l'IGF global. C'est un forum tel que stipulé au paragraphe 72 de l'Agenda de Tunis et fonctionne selon le paragraphe 73. Nous avons pris également comme document de justification, le point 11 de la déclaration des Ministres africains en charge des TIC lors de la 4 ème SESSION ORDINAIRE du CITMC4 à
KHARTOUM, SOUDAN du 02-06 SEPTEMBRE 2012 (voir fichier en annexe).
L'IGF national, tout en étant autonome, ne doit pas être restrictif et exclusif. Avec les statuts, vous rendez cette plate forme exclusive et restrictive. 

Nous avons suivis le schéma de l'IGF global: un secrétariat exécutif de l'IGF national avec un MAG constitué des acteurs multipartites au niveau national.
Nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'agenda de Tunis pour constituer le MAG RDC en référence aux paragraphes 72,73 et 78. Nous avons travaillé en étroite collaboration avec le cabinet du Ministre en charge des TIC durant tout le processus de mise en place de cette plate forme nationale. Actuellement, nous attendons l'officialisation de cette plate forme par le Ministre en charge des TIC qui a positivement soutenu la démarche.
