RESUME

Cette semaine; l'actualité de la gouvernance internet est marquée par la cyberpolitique et la régualtion d'internet avec la Chine qui, désormais demande une autorisation aux entreprises étrangères avant de publier en ligne; la censure de l'Internet russe de plus en plus grande en 2015; la réglementation sur la protection des données en Europe et la montée de Blockain. Pour les événements, nous notons la conférence INET sur l'Internet des objets 2016 à San Francisco le 18 Février.
