SUMMARY

This week, upcoming WSIS forum 2016 in Geneva, the Dynamic Spectrum Alliance Global Summit in Bogota, G7 ICT Ministers' Meeting in Takamatsu (Japan), Girls in ICT Day and the ICANN youthcom programme debut in Africa at Ougadougou are among events happened on Internet Governance landscape. 
In the United States, House of Representatives passes email privacy bill while Europe accuse Google for preinstalling Google search on most mobile devices. On ICANN, we notice the IANA stewardship transition planning update. Also, some cyberpolitics news relating to Cuban Internet, Internet history in Russia, China's internet censorship as well as blockchain progress are well documented this week. Below, informations on those subjects and events as well as documents on domain name and cybersecurity.
