Yes, this kind of programme will help in raising awareness and
participation of our people in various ICANN agenda.

Bonface is a good guy, I hope he will be ready to visit you again.

I am currently in India for a six months research fellowship for my PhD. I
wish I could have joined you too! When do you plan to have it?
