Hi all!

This week, cyberpolitics is dominated by cybersecurity issues with US and CHINA considering diplomatic solutions to address cyber relationship troubles. A for events, we notice Commonwealth Telecommunication Organisation Forum in Nairobi, RIPE NCC Regional meeting and CTS/FGV and ICANN event in Rio de Janeiro.
