I second, most strenuously.

Because, for ease of use we can take the resolution from ICANN Senegal, which nobody ever even read, so we can go to the pub instead of debating it.

Who do we address these resolutions to, actually? 

That Chehadé waffler most certainly couldn't give a toss...
