Bonjour;

Cette semaine; la Gouvernance de l'Internet est dominée en Europe par deux votes au parlement européen: le vote contre les amendements sur la neutralité du net et le vote contre l'extradition d'Edward Snowden . En outre, après l'invalidation du pacte sur les transferts de données par la Cour européenne de justice, l'Europe et des États-Unis trouvent un accord de principe sur un nouveau pacte de transfert de données, appelé SAFE HARBOR 2. Au demeurant, cette semaine très riche en actualités sur la gouvernance internet a été aussi marquée par : les inquiétudes des États Unis face à la présence des navires russes près de câbles sous marins, les conclusions sur l'ICANN 54, le rapport sur les libertés sur l'Internet et des informations sur la préparation du prochain FGI 2015 et l'IETF 94 . S'agissant des conférences, nous notons cette semaine EURO-IX 27 à Bucarest, la réunion sur l'Open Government Partnership au Mexique, la réunion sur l'Internet des Objets à Washington. Ci-dessous, des informations sur ces sujets ainsi que des documents sur les noms de domaine, la cybersécurité etc..

Hi all!

This
 week;  Internet Governance is dominated in Europe by two votes in 
European parliamant : vote against net neutrality amendments and vote 
against Edward Snowden extradition. In addition, after invalidation of 
Safe HARBOR pact by European Court, Europe and US agree in principle a 
new data-transfer pact called SAFE HARBOR 2. Moreover, US concerned by 
Russia operations near undersea cables, updates and reflexions on ICANN 
54, report by Freedom House on Internet freedom and informations on 
upcoming IGF 2015, IETF 94 complete news in a buzy week on Internet 
Governance. As for events and conferences, we notice EURO-IX 27 in 
Bucarest, Open Government Partnership Global Summit in Mexico, Internet 
of Things Global Summit in Washington. Below, my pleasure to share
