Cette semaine, en perspective de ICANN 54 à Dublin, l'actualité de la gouvernance internet reste dominée par les commentaires et réactions suite au rejet des propositions du groupe de travail sur la Responsabilité/Redevabilité de l'ICANN par le Conseil d'Administration.
