Cette semaine, en perspective de ICANN 54 à Dublin, l'actualité de la gouvernance internet reste dominée par les commentaires et réactions suite au rejet des propositions du groupe de travail sur la Responsabilité/Redevabilité de l'ICANN par le Conseil d'Administration. Aussi, la Chine appelle à un code de conduite international sur l'Internet aux Nations unies. En ce qui concerne les événements, nous notons ITU TELECOM WORLD 2015 à Budapest et ENOG 10 en Ukraine.
