[AfrICANN-discuss] Important call for public comment - Insurance requirement for Registrar Accreditation

Thank you Yaovi for this update and second great news for the new year. 
I personally welcome this announcement and I'm happy to see that ICANN is listening and taking into consideration recommendations from the Africa Community on this matter. 
I hope ICANN will also consider other suggested changes to really help develop in a sustainable manner the DNS industry in the underserved regions.
