I support the proposalMy only comment is on the word "Founded" in XXXX"  section I.B. 
It's written "AFRINIC Serving Africa Founded in 2005", For me It sounds good to read: "AFRINIC Serving Africa accredited by  ICANN in 2005".And the same update with the other RIR  into this section ???
