Interesting point 15 (Yes, It is about money -:)). NewgTLDs auctions to reach $100 million; I hope ICANN will follow suggestions to invest that extra money in helping develop Internet and DNS infrastructures in underserved and developing regions rather than Internet Governance “talk show”.
