+1 Yassin about time. 
I had the same impressions in LA last year as we were running after time and couldn't discuss deeper on some matters. We even released the statement while some people were still willing to contribute.

My point would be to make sure the agenda is not big so that you have enough time to discuss the point and come up with conclusions and recommendations. Also, it will be better to have the draft statement available for comments weeks before the meeting so that during the actual meeting, you make final changes rather than start the discussion point after point.

Wishing you a great meeting. I will try and join remotely since this is an important issue to be discussed.
