*Call on West African Young Scholars & Policy Analysts:*



DigitalSENSE Africa (DSA) Media in collaboration with Observer Research
Foundation (ORF) is inviting young scholars and policy analysts between the
ages of 18 and 35 from higher institutions, civil societies, entrepreneurs
and government officials in West Africa to attend the third *India-Africa
Summit o*n digital space as part of the India Conference on Cyber Security
and Cyber Governance in New Delhi between October 15 and 16, 2015.



Successful candidates will be fully sponsored.



Interested candidates must send in their applications including:



1. Expression of Interest stating any experience of local Internet
Governance participation

2. CV

3. Outreach mechanism afterwards
