[AfrICANN-discuss] Statment of the joint meeting of African community

Gala night was scrapped in ICANN51.
Despite that, ICANN does not have budgetary problems. They can subsidize
requirements for accreditation for developing countries and still follow
their tradition.

In the African Strategy, one of the key points was to work towards increase
of ICANN accredited registrars in the region. Maybe one of the Stakeholder
staff in the region can give us a brief on this.
