A week ago, the Rwanda Ministry of youth and ICT organized a well attended
event : The Smart Rwanda days; this is the first of a series of Smart Days
to be organized by each African country and within the framework of the
Smart Africa Initiative being spearheaded by Government of Rwanda and ITU.
